One of my favorite scenes in Catching Fire is when Katniss falls out of the tree and breaks her ankle when she is going to back to the Victor's Village from hunting. She shows up to her house and finds President Snow there and has to pretend everything is find when, in reality, she is in agony.
I really like this part because it shows that Katniss is willing to do anything to help and protect her family. She must have been screaming inside when she fell; yet, she is strong and drags herself back to the house and has a full conversation with Snow even though she should have been in the hospital.
Now that the movie has come out, which scenes from the book were you most looking forward to seeing in the movie? Give two specific scenes that we've read so far and make sure that you explain why. Then go to the rest of the blogs in the class and respond to their postings in 4-6 sentences. Put pictures on your blog posts and make them all pretty.
