After you define these words, respond to the TED Talk. What did Paolo Freire mean when he said that "No one can authentically be human while preventing another from doing so."? Why was Smith's father scared of him playing outside? What happens to kids who grow up not being allowed to be kids?
Finally, we did a wall walk where we looked at different cartoons and explained whether they represented bias, racism, etc (the terms above). You can get that when you come back to class.
